A further step towards an important ongoing project has been taken. We already reported on the restoration work of an entrance portal of a former sick barracks of the “REIMAHG” company hospital in Hummelshain.
At this point we would like to thank all those who actively support us, such as Mayor Stephan Tiesler and the employees of the building yard of the municipality of Hummelshain.
On December 10th, it was a sunny day, our association used to transport the already ready base plates, each weighing 2 tons, from Kahla to Hummelshain. With the laying of the base plates, the project can now start its final construction phase. There is still a lot to do, but now the preparatory work for the construction of the portal can begin.
