A rainy day at the Walpersberg, 29 August 2021

The weather wasn’t on our side, yet we received the participants for the walk. We welcomed them in the Kahla town museum and explained the history of the “REIMAHG” throughout the exhibition.

After the theory we passed into the practical part and drove to Grosseutersdorf, where we left the cars and started our walk. During our walk the rain shifted from moderate to heavy.

Despite the rain, equipped with the proper clothing, the atmosphere was excellent. As the tour ended in the late afternoon, we returned to Kahla and settled at the Museumscafé. Kathrin hat prepared fresh coffee and the delicious cake did the rest, allowing us to end the day with a good talk.

Again many thanks to those who participated and especially to Kathrin, for taking care of us.
